Home Renovation Contractor for SWFL Homeowners
Whole-home renovations, large-scope remodels, and post-storm rebuilds. CBC-licensed GC with mid-to-high-value residential experience across Florida.
Whole-home renovation is as much about living through it as it is about building
Most home renovations happen with the family living in the house — kids, pets, work calls, and sleep. A good home renovation contractor designs the project around that. Dust isolation between zones. Bathroom availability throughout. Power outages scheduled around weekday work. Showers and kitchen ready by Friday afternoon. Beyond the logistics, whole-home work needs structural coordination, MEP planning, and finish selection management — at a budget level most general remodelers don’t handle cleanly. We focus on mid-to-high-value home renovations where this combination of livability and execution matters. Documented residential renovations include the Florida Avenue West Palm Beach remodel and the Sugarloaf Key remodel.

Home renovation — common questions
Can we live in the house during the renovation?
Usually yes for whole-home renovations that aren’t complete gut jobs. Some scopes (full electrical replacement, slab plumbing repipe) require temporary relocation for portions of the work. We’ll tell you up front which weeks are workable.
How long does a whole-home renovation take?
4-8 months for a typical 2,000-3,000 sq ft home depending on scope. Adding structural work or large additions extends the schedule. Permit cycles and product lead times drive variance more than crew availability.
Do you work with my designer or architect?
Yes. We work from completed drawings or come in during design for value-engineering input. Either pattern is fine.
How are change orders handled?
Written, signed, and priced before the work happens. We don’t do verbal change orders or "we’ll figure it out at the end."
What about post-hurricane renovation?
Common ask. Post-hurricane home renovations often involve an insurance claim and a planned upgrade scope. We can run both together — claim-billed work and out-of-pocket upgrades — under one contract.
